Whether you enjoy carrying baby close to your heart or prefer pushing the stroller, Barre with Baby allows mother to get in her workout with child-in-tow. This one-day trial class will be an introductory class to the Booty Barre methodology, utilizing all the same principles and techniques that our regular Barre class offers, focusing on postnatal and baby carrying exercises that are safe for the new or experienced momma.
Strollers are suggested even if baby wearing to provide an extra base of support for barre work.

What to bring: Stroller and baby carrier (optional), **light hand weights if you have some (2-4 lbs), water bottle, mat or blanket, snacks for baby and mommy
Note: Older children are welcome to play on the playground while you are working out. There will be babysitters on site for a limited number of children, but I will need to know who is interested in this service. To reserve a spot for your older child (ages 2 and up) contact Jeanette.
