Old Strathcona/Mill Creek Summer Bootcamp July 8 - August 14, 2014 (Tuesday/Thursday early mornings)

It has been proven that morning is the best time of the day to get your workout in. You are less likely to have other engagements ‘crowd it out’, and it helps boost your energy levels for the rest of the day. Not to mention you are more mindful of how you fuel your body for the rest of the day and you jump start your metabolism!

This could be your perfect time to create healthful habits and engage with members of your community, keeping one another accountable and get your workout on. Your body will thank you when you make the commitment to crawl out of bed and make your way to one of Edmonton’s most treasured ravines!

Days: Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 6-7am
Session Dates: July 8 – August 14 (6 weeks, 12 classes)
Location: Mill Creek Outdoor Pool (upper parking lot)
Cost: $120 or $100 each if you refer a new friend
