We have one more outdoor session to go before we bring it indoors. Join the community for workouts that will get your body moving and keep you challenged as you build strength and cardiovascular endurance through drills, games and plenty of fun! This class is suitable for all skill levels and ages.
Days: Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 6-7am
Session Dates: September 4 – October 14 (12 classes). Brunch: October 18.
Location: UPDATE: Strathcona Community League Hall (parking lot).
Cost: $120 or $100 each if you refer a new friend
