We’re packing up our summer bootcamp and bringing it indoors for the winter session!
Join the community for workouts that will get your body moving and keep you challenged as you build strength and cardiovascular endurance through drills, games and plenty of fun! This class is suitable for all skill levels and ages.
Session is followed with a community brunch, yum!
Days: Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 6-7am
Session Dates: November 4 – December 16, 2014 (no class Nov. 11)
Location: Strathcona Community League Hall
Cost: $120 or $100 each when you refer a friend
