Get ready to conquer the snow . . . and get strong, in Fit Community’s early morning FitCamp.
Your body and mind will be challenged with circuits, HIIT workouts, games and team challenges that will build strength and cardiovascular endurance. By 7am your workout will be complete – how great is that?!
This class is suitable for all skill levels and ages.
Days: Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 6-7am
Session Dates: Jan 5 – Feb 18, 2016 (14 classes).
Location: Strathcona Community League Hall (10139 – 87 Avenue)
Cost: $70 for 1 day/week (7 classes) or $130 for 2 days/week (14 classes); $12 Drop-In
