It is with mixed emotions that we announce our final Fit Community Barre session. But have no fear – Jeanette is opening up her very own studio! It will be the first free standing Xtend Barre Studio in Canada – how exciting!
Barre is a fun, low impact and energizing workout. Combining elements of ballet, Pilates and strength, you are guaranteed to get your heart rate up and build muscular strength and endurance. Plus you will get to connect with other amazing people who live in and around the neighbourhood! All ages and levels are more than welcome and no previous dance experience is necessary!
So let’s plié, pulse and strengthen our bodies together one last time as Fit Community!
