Jeanette’s journey teaching fitness classes began 15 years ago when lifeguarding, swim instructing and teaching aquafit at a small-town pool in northern BC. For several summers the waist-deep portable swimming pool would be full of people looking for a cool, low-impact workout.
Two degrees later, after three years teaching elementary school and taking time to spend at home with her firstborn, Jeanette became inspired to bring her love of fitness to others while pregnant with her second and chose to pursue her passion for fitness with more intensity.
When not teaching fitness classes or spending time with her beautiful family, Jeanette can be found swimming, cycling, running, painting landscapes and drinking lattes :). Her goal is to compete in a half-Ironman triathlon in the next year.
