Are you ready to start 2016 strong? Whether Barre is brand new to you, or you are a seasoned veteran, anyone can benefit from this energizing, results-driven workout!

Join the community for Saturday morning or Tuesday evening Barre workouts in Holyrood or McKernan. Fusing elements of ballet, Pilates and strength, you are guaranteed to get your heart rate up and build muscular strength and endurance. Plus you will get to connect with other amazing ladies who live in and around the neighbourhood! All ages and levels are more than welcome and no previous dance experience is necessary! Modifications are always provided, focusing on your safety.
